"review for a random dinner Nov 29 2024: F&B staff are friendly. Atmosphere is good not too crowded where you can relax after spending time in traffic and looking for parking space. I was given some peanuts and crackers while waiting. Food is great. I love the crispy pinakbet its not too salty. Bangus Ala pobre was done right. Thanks Kuya J for the good dinner tonight. Food waiting time 20-25mins as this is not a fastfood. For people who are so entitled that you want your food served within 15mins please go to a fastfood chain. To the management, help keep those employees that are attentive, friendly (one who wears their smile) and those that are knowledgeable about some people have dietary requirements. Please add some Christmas lights or greenery Christmas decor on the mirrored wall."

"I really enjoyed the food and overall dining experience at Kuya J. My favorites were the Squid Sisig and the Baked Scallops. The Squid Sisig was perfectly cooked — tender, flavorful, and with just the right savory kick. Super satisfying in every bite. The Baked Scallops were creamy, cheesy, and rich without being overwhelming. Definitely a must-try if you love seafood! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for family dinners or casual meetups.
